Tysons Corner, VA \u2013 July 26, 2018 MicroTech is proud to announce its selection as a Prime contractor to the U.S. Army Rapid Acquisition for Materials for Prototyping (RAMP) Contract. RAMP is a $192 million multiple award contract that develops, prototypes, evaluates, and provides worldwide technical and field support of advanced Research and Development (R&D) and specialized sensors for Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) and other agencies. RAMP, with a period of performance of three years, is a highly accessible, one-stop-shop contract vehicle to support the Army\u2019s rapid prototyping needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Through the RAMP contract, MicroTech will support the Army\u2019s Night Vision and Electronic Sensors Directorate (NVESD) at CONUS and OCONUS Army installations such as Fort Belvoir, VA; Ft. A.P. Hill, VA; Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD; White Sands, NM; and Yuma Proving Grounds, AZ as well as in Operational Theaters, Combat Zones, and Overseas Contingency Operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
