Board members also contribute to the school by reviewing credit and noncredit community offerings and offering input on university programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The board supports attendees of the University of Richmond Customer Experience Certificate Program who are immersed in an intensive, collaborative and educational environment, learning to apply principles and techniques that drive customer experience innovation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI am honored to have the opportunity to work alongside other customer experience leaders for the University of Richmond Customer Experience Program,\u201d said Tony. \u201cMicroTech\u2019s involvement is one more step in illustrating our commitment to helping grow and advancecustomer experience innovation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tony Jimenezhas servedand continues to serve on Boards for a number of outstanding Colleges, Universities, and Institutes including <a href=\"https:\/\/www2.gmu.edu\/\">George Mason University<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.williamjames.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Henry James College<\/a>\u00a0and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.afi.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">American Film Institute<\/a>\u00a0as well as <a href=\"https:\/\/obamawhitehouse.archives.gov\/administration\/eop\/perab\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">President Obama\u2019s Economic Recovery Advisory Board (PERAB<\/a>) subcommittee for Education and Training.
