Eric Dewinnaar brings over 25 years of financial expertise and serves as the Vice President of Finance at MicroTech, where he leads all financial operations and strategies across various business units.
Eric’s extensive experience includes leading financial initiatives for national government contracts, managing banking relationships, and conducting in-depth financial analysis for effective scenario planning, budgeting, and forecasting. He is known for implementing advanced financial tools and models to enhance governance and decision-making processes.
Before joining MicroTech, Eric held senior finance roles where he transformed financial reporting capabilities, optimized cost-saving strategies, and drove profitability. His leadership in executing full-cycle M&A activities, including due diligence and integration, has consistently resulted in successful synergy captures and cost reductions. Eric holds a B.A. degree in Accounting and an MBA.
